Josh was SO excited!!


Playing with the new trucks on our incredibly beautiful linoleum.

Christmas Day was fun. Only a couple more years (or less!) of sleeping in on Christmas morning, I imagine. Tommy completely understood Christmas this year and was excited and prepared to get some loot! Tommy had been asking repeatedly for a "tanker truck." (Will someone please tell me what is fun about playing with a tanker truck? It doesn't do anything like a loader or digger or dump truck.) We lucked out and found one after much searching at the Toys R Us - hidden away on the top shelf - and it is by far Tommy's favorite Christmas item. He loves to push it around and dance to the music it plays.

We weren't sure if Josh was old enough to need a visit from Santa but thought that Tommy might think it was weird if Josh didn't get anything so we got him a few toys. And BOY were we wrong - Josh went CRAZY for his new toys, he was even excited just to shake the can of mini M&M's around from his stocking! So we're glad Santa didn't forget little Josh.
