Tom has reached a few milestones in the past week. Steph hopped on the scale with him a few days ago and he weighed in at over 10 pounds. I think most of it has gone straight to his cheeks. With the added bulk, he has graduated from the newborn diapers to the #1 size, and even those don't hold in his belly very well.As far as motor skills, he has figured out how to get his right hand (especially his thumb) into his mouth. That's nice for now because it keeps him occupied. It doesn't provide the opioid-like instantaneous calming effect of his dad's thumb, but it adds on a few minutes to his naps before he starts crying. He also rolled from his back to his tummy today.
He smiled at everyone he saw at church today and was quite a hit.
Enjoy the new photos - a tongue theme.

You've gotta love the thumb. C still often prefers it to whatever it is we're trying to feed her, and we usually have to remove her thumb from her mouth in order to get another spoonful in.
It was great talking to you guys last night -- glad that young Thomas and parents are all doing so well!
