We are so excited about the arrival of our new baby boy, Zachary Benjamin! He was 7 lbs, 5oz and 20 inches long! He is such a sweet baby and we all love him, especially his older brothers who can't get enough of him! Josh has taken to calling him "Baby Zach" which comes out sounding more like "B-Zach," (and Dave likes to spell this "B'Zak.") I wish I had enough energy and time to fully document all the events but maybe a photo record will have to be sufficient!
Getting huge, slowing down, lots of irregular contractions... ready for Zach (called #3 at this point) to come
I was taking a nap after lunch and had a huge contraction and my water broke. Labor started pretty quickly after that with contractions every 3 minutes, so we headed right up to the hospital. Here I am in between contractions, awaiting some medicine to stall the contractions until my doctors were ready to do my repeat c-section. (And to give time to Dave to get the kids with a babysitter!)

The boys couldn't wait to meet their new brother! Josh had been patting my belly and saying,"Baby... soon" for weeks. Tommy had been hugging my belly and saying, "Oooo..baby!" and had been counting down the days for over a month! They were so excited!

i'm impressed you found any time at all to do this post!! perfect introduction of zach! josh and tommy are just so sweet and they are going to be the best big brothers ever!! you and dave are amazing parents and it definitely shows in those adorable THREE boys!!! love all 5 of you!!!!
